In the Help section, select the category that aligns with the issue on that specific trip and you'll be able to submit feedback to our 24/7 Customer support team. When you select the appropriate trip, you will have access to the trip details, trip receipt, and a 'Help' section. For issues related to a specific trip that was taken, you can first find the trip in question by accessing the 'Your Trips' section in the menu bar.
